Landscape Installation Crew Lead.
ProScape Lawn & Landscape:
ProScape Lawn & Landscape is hiring an experienced Project Crew Lead to lead crews on commercial landscape projects. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows the work, takes pride in high-quality installations, and can keep crews productive while delivering projects safely and efficiently.
If you have strong installation experience and are ready to lead from the field, we'd like to talk with you.
What You'll Do:
- Lead a crew installing commercial landscape and hardscape projects.
- Read and follow landscape plans and project layouts.
- Install plantings, grading, drainage systems, and landscape lighting.
- Coordinate with irrigation, grading, sod, and other contractors.
- Maintain safe, organized, and professional jobsites.
- Track labor and materials for each project.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in landscape or construction installation.
- Ability to lead a crew and maintain productivity.
- Ability to read landscape plans.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check.
- Reliable, safety-minded, and detail oriented.
